The existing property was a three-bed semi-detached house.
Our brief was to provide an additional bedroom by converting the loft space. This was achieved by constructing a flat roof dormer at the rear.
We were able to provide a large master bedroom, with a Juliette balcony and bi-fold doors, giving views across Cheltenham.
The scheme also included an ensuite and a dressing room.
