We were approached by the client regarding the possibility of obtaining planning permission for a new dwelling in their extremely large front garden.
Our advice was that planning could be achieved and PSK designed a 4-bed family house with an open plan kitchen / diner, a separate living room, utility room and downstairs shower.
The house has been carefully designed to reduce the impact on the neighbouring properties and as a result there were no objections to the scheme.
