Following successful negotiations with the local planning authorities conservation officer surrounding the finish of a new dwelling, plans could be drawn up for a house in the setting of a listed heritage asset.
This site consisted of planning permission for a small three bed detached property. PSK resubmitted a revised application for a much larger and more traditional building. Working with our consultant we managed to gain permission for the larger property set in the grounds of a grade two listed building, where others had previously failed.
