Detached Triple Garage Project

Hillhouse, Longhope. Forest of Dean District Council

During this project we overcame an in-principle objection surrounding a triple bay garage in the setting of a listed heritage asset. Planning permission was secured by our consultant for the scheme in full without any modifications.

Following submission, concerns were raised by the Council regarding a listed building adjacent to the site. Our consultant negotiated with the case officer, successfully highlighting how and why the proposal would not present any harm to the existing heritage.
